Wire Drawing Workshop:
We reduce the cross-section of a wire by pulling the wire through a series of drawing dies. Once that process has been completed, the wire is annealed to meet our customers' exact specifications.
Raw Material Workshop:
The stainless-steel wire is tested by our quality control inspector. Main testing items include material, wire diameter, tension, etc. The wires which have passed all tests will be sent to the weaving workshop. These tests insure clients receive only high quality products.
Before we begin the wire weaving process, we must wind the metal wires in parallel around a single beam.
We operate two weaving workshops and 200 wire weaving equipment sets. The annual production capacity reaches 200,000 square meters. With these facilities, we can produce woven wire mesh in a wide variety of sizes. Width is customizable as per clients' requirements.
We perform quality testing on products after manufacturing is complete. Only qualified products are allowed to enter the warehouse and await delivery.
Expanded Metal Mesh:
We expand the metal wire mesh to decrease its rigidity and make the surface significantly flat.
Finished Product Warehouse:
We use 3 ultra-large warehouses to store a high volume of products, which fully meets market demand and order requirements.
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Workshop:
Spraying is conducted on the stainless steel wire mesh, thus making its color uniformly distributed and aesthetically pleasing.
The metal fiber sintered felt is composed of several metal wires. It must undergo stretching, bundling and cutting procedures. We use state-of-the-art technology to produce the fluffy felt. Then we combine several different diameters of fluffy felt to form thick fibers. Every two fibers cross each other to form an opening. Sintering is immediately carried out, and then the sintered felt is complete.
After sintering is done, we strictly test all finished products in terms of precision and air permeability. The products which have passed all tests can be warehoused and delivered.

We have two workshops, which house 200 wire weaving equipment sets. The annual production capacity is 20,000 square meters of woven wire produced in various sizes. We also provide wires with customized widths.
The metal fiber sintered felt is composed of several metal wires. It must undergo stretching, bundling and cutting procedures and uses the latest technology to produce a fluffy felt. These felt products (which are different diameters) will be successively arranged to form thick fibers. Two fibers cross each other to form an opening, making a finished, sintered felt available.
A strict testing about the precision and air permeability is carried out on finished products before storage in the warehouse or delivery.
Diamond mesh workshop
Powder coating offers stainless-steel diamond mesh a more pleasing appearance and a more uniform color.
Quality testing will be carried out on finished products, and only qualified ones are allowed to enter the warehouse and await delivery.
Finished product warehouse
We have a high volume of products, which allows for a quick delivery of all products.
Packing with a sturdy wooden case is done to avoid and prevent damage during transportation.
